I do use Google Analytics and Cloudflare. They might collect your data. You can block them by using a browser extension that blocks trackers.
My server, like any other server in the world, also logs your metadata like IP address and browser user-agent.
If you’d like to stay anonymous, use TOR. Apart from that, your data will be safe with me.
